How to Claim Voucher by using code:
On PC: Go to My Account > My Vouchers > Add Voucher > Key in Bank Code and click Redeem.
On Mobile: Click Me > My Vouchers > Click Input Promo Code > Key in the bank code and click Apply
Remember to select the voucher before / during Check Out.
Many of us face the problem not acting fast enough to use the voucher before it was fully redeem.
Here are some tips to help you.
How to increase you chances to successfully use the voucher:
- Save your credit card before the sale begin (ie. before 23 April 2021). How?
- On Mobile: Go to Account Setting > Bank Accounts / Cards > Add New Card. Follow instruction on the screen. Remember to select Save Card and click Submit.
- On PC: Go to My Account > Under My Account on the left panel, select Bank and Cards > Click Add New Card and key in the relevant information. Remember to select Save Card and click Submit.
- If you don’t feel comfortable keeping your credit cards info on Shopee, you can always delete it after your purchase complete.
- Save the delivery address first.
- Add the item you wish to purchase into cart, click Checkout and input whatever information you can (Shipping Option/ Message/ Payment Option) before sale begins.
- Last but not least, standby and get ready to select the Shopee Voucher you have added above for your bank card and Place Order when the clock hits 00:00am, 23 April 2021.
